This program is designed specifically for women ready to take their goals to the next level, this follow-up program is all about refinement, progression, and empowerment.

Have you recently given birth and are ready to feel like yourself again?
Safe and effective recovery after birth or cesarean. A program designed to focus on rebuilding your core, stability, pelvic floor, strength and endurance. Let by our in-house midwife.
What to expect?
After the first orientation session, you will move on to our comprehensive training program. The programs including a series of classes where you will learn various exercises and techniques under the watchful eye of our trainers. They will correct any mistakes and provide guidance to help you get the most out of your workout.
Our programs are designed to ensure that you understand the importance of proper form and technique when working out regarding your level of fitness (if you are experienced in fitness of course everything is discussable).
