Group training*
We provide 2 class options: small group sessions accommodating up to 6 participants, and larger group sessions allowing a maximum of 12 participants. Discover our full range of classes below.
*Please note, we distinguish between small group training and classes. Make sure to carefully check the different classes when purchasing your class pack.
Small group sessions include; STRENGTH (max 6 participants).
Classes include; Barre / Pilates / YogaFlow / HIIT Burn (max 12 participants).

CLASSES
Strength
Experience strength training exercises; low repetitions and heavy weights, designed to stimulate muscle growth (max of 6 women).
We maintain a small group size to ensure attention for everyone. Within this intimate setting the focus stays on perfecting your form.
Barre
Get ready to sculpt and tone your body with this engaging and feminine workout, incorporating ballet-inspired movements all set to energizing beats. Isometric movements and high-repetition exercises, to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and develop lean muscles.
Tone & Sculpt (power pilates)
This strength-building workout target specific muscle groups, mainly; the core, thighs, glutes, and arms by performing resistance and bodyweight exercises. Promote a stronger mind-body connection and proper alignment.
Mums & Bubs
Prepare yourself and your body toward the delivery or start your postpartum recovery (earliest approximately 4-6 weeks after delivery). This class is led by our in-house midwife, focused on safe and effective strength training targeting your core, overall strength and endurance. In this class you can bring your baby, until the age that they can crawl. It's time for you!
